The American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines (AmCham) is inviting all college juniors interested in a career in business to apply for the upcoming BLP to be held in June 2024 in Manila.
BLP strives to provide opportunity for college students to engage with CEO’s and leaders of 17+ AmCham member companies during a 10-day program of leadership talks, corporate visits, and networking events. Transportation, accommodations, and meals are provided by the sponsor companies.

The Best Meets the Best
The candidates are put through a rigorous application process to get only the best of the best to join the program. This creates an environment where participants can learn from each other.

Essay Question
Candidates must submit an essay explaining why they want to join the program and how they would make use of their learnings after the program.

CEO Mentorship
Participants get to interact with CEOs and Business Leaders from leading companies to learn directly from them and gain insight into their business practices.

Case Studies
Candidates may participate in group dynamics in a case study to help test their intellect, and leadership skills.

School Endorsement
Aspiring students must secure a letter of recommendation from their college or university deans. Only 5 nominees per school will be entertained.

Panel Interview
Participants will be interviewed by a panel of judges who will give a holistic assessment of the candidate.

Business Case Competition
The Business Case Competition is the culmination of the 15-day program, where participants showcase all their learnings from school, and their 15-day immersion.

The Arangkada Philippines Project (TAPP) is a comprehensive advocacy paper intended to share recommendations leading to the creation of $75 billion in new foreign investment, 10 million jobs and over one trillion pesos in revenue for the Philippine economy within this decade.
Integrity Initiative is primarily engaged in a long-term private sector-led campaign to promote common ethical and acceptable integrity standards in the business community and among various social sectors.
