The Executive Director (ED) is a seasoned, effective leader, who is passionate about the mission of the organization. The ED is responsible for overseeing the administration, financial viability, programs and strategic plan of the organization and takes the lead in fundraising, marketing, stakeholder management and community outreach. The position reports directly to the Board of Trustees and leads a team of 3-4 people.
Proven leadership, coaching, and relationship management experience.
Able to work efficiently and effectively; has initiative, can work independently and meet deadlines,
utilize creative problem-solving skills, and be enthusiastic flexible, and organized.
Stakeholder management experience and well versed in working with key Philippine government
agencies and funding organizations.
Experience in fundraising, writing proposals, working with nonprofits.
Outstanding communication skills and experience making presentations to private sector executives
or senior government officials.
Familiarity or experience with social work and non-profit experience.
