Corporate rates shall be subject to room availability during peak periods. There will be strict implementation of allocations for corporate bookings.
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or full payment upon confirmation. A credit card imprint shall be required upon check-in. We require settlement of full residence rental and other miscellaneous expenses by cash or credit card upon check-out. Residences are subject to availability upon booking.
Reservation is held until 1000h the following day after reservation unless guaranteed by credit card or deposit for tenancy of less than one month. If booking has not been guaranteed, reservation will no longer be valid. The amount to be guaranteed shall be noted as follows: • 1 night for reservation of less than 30 nights • 3 nights for reservations of 30 nights and above A Letter of Authorization (LOA) is required for every corporate reservation made. This shall be applicable to corporate business partners with an approved credit line. Corporate business partners are to guarantee of payment for any charges incurred during the period of stay by individual guests, including rental. Charges for the companies without credit line will be settled on cash basis under the guest’s account. Stays booked under Third Party Agreements (TPA) must be settled prior to check-out of guest. If payment was not received, charges will be settled by the guest.
Reservations for block out dates (24 December, 25 December, 30 December, 31 December and Iloilo Dinagyang Festival dates) must immediately be guaranteed by credit card or deposit or Letter of Authorization (LOA). Bookings during blackout dates are non-cancellable. Best Flexible Rate shall apply.
