Terms & Condition:
- All units are subject to availability;
- Bookings must be made 7 days prior the arrival date
- Bookings should be confirmed with complete requirements and full payment for the entire stay at least 4 days prior arrival
- Stay must be a minimum of 2 weeks; Check in time is at 4pm and Check out time at 10am
- Refundable security deposit of P10,000 is required upon arrival
- Breakages and damages will be charged accordingly
- Electricity cap is P7,000 per month for Studio & 1 Bedroom, P10,000 per month for 2 bedroom
- All requests are subject for approval
