Corporate Rates – Validity: March 1, 2022 to February 28, 2023 except Peak Dates (e.g. Sinulog) All rates include Breakfast except for Barkada Room (Plated Breakfast at Php250.00/pax)

Extra Person rate:

Extra Bed only – P1,200.00/bed, Extra Bed with Breakfast – P1,500.00/bed


Check-In and Check-Out Policy

  • Standard check-in time is 2:00PM while standard check-out time is 12:00PM.
  • Request for early check-in and late check-out is subject to room availability and shall be subject to the following fees:
    • Early check-in: 6:00 AM – 12:00 NN is at P 1,200.00.
    • Late check-out is free of charge until 2:00PM, extension between 2:00 – 6:00 PM will be charged at P 1,200.00, and extension beyond 6:00 PM will be charged full day’s rate.
  • Incidental Deposit shall be collected upon check in to cover consumptions which shall be refunded upon check-out if unconsumed. Please be guided of the following incidental deposit parameters:
    • 1-3 nights – P 1,000.00
    • 4-6 nights – P 2,000.00
    • 7-9 nights – P 3,000.00
  • The hotel requires the guest to present a valid identification (ID) card upon check-in. Room Cancellations or Reductions.
  • Notice of cancellation should be made:
    • For individual bookings, at least three (3) days from stay date.
    • For group bookings, at least one (1) month prior event.
  • Otherwise, full cancellation fee shall be charged based on the total rooms


  • Postponement of the event and/or group booking to another date and/or time shall be subject to the availability of room accommodations and banquet function rooms on the date and time of the desired postponement.
  • Deposit or full payment made shall only be valid within six (6) months of the same calendar year of the contracted event or group booking.
  •  Should the Client opt for a cancellation, Mezzo Hotel shall charge the Client a cancellation fee equivalent to one hundred percent (100%) of all sums already paid by the Client to Mezzo Hotel.

Billing Terms

  • Fifty percent (50%) deposit shall be required upon confirmation of hotel booking and/or contract signing.
  • Balance payment of confirmed arrangements shall be made a week before the check-in date.
  • Requests for on-the-date payments shall be subject for approval.
  • All incidental charges must be settled in cash or credit card upon check-out.
  • Send Bill Arrangement is applicable upon filling of credit line application. Once approved, a Letter of Authorization (LOA) shall be presented upon check-in.
