TERMS AND INCLUSIONS:
· Above rates are per room per night and are inclusive of daily Buffet Breakfast for a maximum of 2 people.
· Rates are applicable for single or double occupancy.
· Above rates are valid for authorized guests of the company or business travel of company personnel.
· Rates apply only for individual bookings. For group bookings of 10 rooms and above per night, you may consult your sales manager.
· All net rates are in Philippines Peso (PhP) and inclusive of 10% service charge, 12% VAT, and 0.75% local tax. Please note that the service charge and applicable taxes are subject to charge without prior notice.
· For room reservations passing through December 31, 2023 a compulsory New Year’s Dinner package of Php 3,500 net per person will be charged per adult and a minimum length of stay of 2 nights will be required on any booking between December 30, 2023 – January 1, 2024
· Please note that rates extended are based on the condition that the agreed minimum annual production of 5 rooms per month is met, which will be reviewed after six month. Should production fall below expectations, the Resort reserves the right to renegotiate the rates
· Rates are subject to availability and subject to surcharges on the following dates specified below.
RESERVATION GUARANTEE:
· All corporate bookings shall be accompanied with an LOA (Letter of Authority) and shall be sent via email or fax to the REEF Island Resort Mactan, Cebu sales account manager prior to guest arrival.
· Or must be guaranteed through pre-payment using a payment link.
· Non-Guaranteed Reservations may be released upon the discretion of the resort at the date stated at the confirmation letter sent by reservations.
· In the event of overbooking, the resort will secure, and the company agrees to accept, alternative accommodation of at least an equal standard subject to availability but is not liable to pay compensation to the company or to any guest. Rates apply only for individual bookings. All net rates in Philippine Peso (PhP) and inclusive of 10% service charge, 12% VAT and 0.75% local tax. Please note that the service charge and applicable taxes are subject to change without prior notice.
· Surcharges will apply on the peak dates: New Year (December 29, 2023 – January 1, 2024), Obon (August 11-15, 2023), Chuseok (September 28-30, 2023), Christmas (December 22-25, 2023)·
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW:
· The company must notify the Resort of any cancellation or reduction in their confirmed reservations.
· Balance payment of confirmed arrangements shall be made a week before the check-in date.
· Corporate rate may not be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions.
· Non-smoking policy inside the room. Smoking is designated on the left side of the boardwalk. Php 25,00 or 500$ fine shall be imposed on guests smoking inside the room.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE
· The official check-in time is at 15:00hours on the day of arrival. Check-out time is at 12:00hours on the day of departure.
· Early check-in will be subject to availability and corresponding charges will apply. Late check-out is subject to availability and if pre-booked, charge shall be 50% of confirmed rate and will apply for check-out until 18:00. Full rate applies thereafter. Early check-in charge (6am-10am) 50% of room charge, FULL charge if before 6am. Late check-out charge (12nn-6pm) 50% of room charge, FULL charge if beyond 6pm (Still subject to room availability and resort’s discretion).
