Pursuant to Article XI of AMCHAM’S By-Laws, the members have delegated to the Board of Directors the authority to amend AMCHAM’s By-Laws.

Call for Passage of 17 Priority Reform Bills

15 business groups, including eight Philippine business groups and the seven members of the Joint Foreign Chambers, are recommending passage of 17 priority measures by the 18th Congress during its third and final session year that commences on July 26.

Approval of Open Access in Data Transmission Bill

The Joint Foreign Chambers (JFC), of which AmCham Philippines is a member, expressed optimism that Congress will approve the Open Access in Data Transmission bill during its Third Regular session.
