Notice of Amendment to AmCham Philippines By Laws

Pursuant to Article XI of AMCHAM’S By-Laws, the members have delegated to the Board of Directors the authority to amend AMCHAM’s By-Laws.

During AMCHAM’s Annual Members’ Meeting last 20 November 2024, the members were informed of the amendment of the By-Laws.
