Pam has a total of 19 years in the airline industry and currently serves as United Airlines’ Country Manager for Sales in the Philippines. She was appointed on May 8, 2017 and is responsible for the commercial performance of the Philippine point of sale. As the primary and legal representative of United Airlines in the country, Pam also appears on behalf of United Airlines in regulatory matters, government and judicial bodies.

Prior to joining United, Pam held several commercial roles within the Air France-KLM group. She graduated from the University of the Philippines with a degree in European Languages and is a member of the Board of Airline Representatives.

To date, United Airlines operates the most comprehensive global route network among North American carriers and is now the largest airline in the world as measured by available seat miles. In Manila, United operates 9 weekly flights to the Micronesia Islands of Guam and Palau , and a daily flight service to San Francisco.

Paul A. Favila is the Chief Executive Officer for the Philippines, responsible for all of Citi’s businesses and operations in the country. He is the first Filipino to take the helm of Citi in the Philippines in 35 years.
A 30-year banking veteran, Paul joined Citibank in 1993 as Assistant Portfolio Manager for Citibank Global Asset Management. From there, he assumed various roles in Citi Markets, which included a stint in the Singapore hub and Malaysia dealing room as part of the Citibank Asian Tiger Program, and later leading Citibank Manila’s trading business from 2004 to 2014. Before taking on the role of CEO, Paul was the Head of Markets and Country Treasurer.

Under his leadership, Citi Philippines continues to be recognized at various awards and is the only global bank consistently among 10 banks granted market maker status by the National Treasury. In the area of corporate citizenship, Paul champions initiatives that support financial inclusion and youth economic opportunities.

Paul is currently a Board Member of the American Chamber of Commerce and the Co-Chairman of the US-ASEAN Business Council; Board Director of the Bankers Association of the Philippines, as well as Chairperson of its Open Market Committee; Board Director of the Philippine Dealing System Holdings Corp. and its subsidiaries, Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. and Philippine Depository & Trust Corp.; and BancNet Board Director and Chairperson of its Corporate Governance Committee. Most recently, Paul has been recognized as part of PeopleAsia Magazine’s Men Who Matter 2024.

Sylvester Timothy Wong is Vice President at AECOM, serving as Asia ESG Advisory and Sustainability Services Lead and Philippines Country Executive. With a BA in Architecture and a Master of City Planning from UC Berkeley, along with credentials as an AICP and LEED AP professional, he brings three decades of global experience in urban planning and infrastructure development. His work has shaped more than a billion square meters of land in the Philippines, including major projects such as New Clark City and the Metro Manila Subway, and has extended across Asia in both the public and private sectors. Beyond AECOM, he is a Global Governing Trustee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and previously chaired ULI Philippines, reflecting his leadership in advancing sustainable urban growth.

His involvement with AmCham Philippines dates back to 2015, when he began contributing insights on infrastructure trends, investment landscapes, and U.S.-Philippines economic cooperation. He has also advised the U.S. State Department on infrastructure investment in the Luzon Economic Corridor, underscoring a strong commitment to building resilient value chains that benefit both local and international communities. Drawing on a background that spans urban planning, venture capital, and technology startups, paired with a wide global network, he offers both practical and entrepreneurial perspectives to the Board. Above all, his dedication is driven by a vision of nation-building for the next generation, keeping his work grounded and future-focused.

Ethan Flowers has dedicated the past eight years to advancing Chevron Holdings Inc. (CHI) in the Philippines, where he currently serves as General Manager. A graduate of California Polytechnic State University with a degree in Accountancy, he brings decades of global energy sector experience to his leadership role. Under his guidance, CHI has continued its long-standing support of AmCham Philippines’ Business Leadership Program (BLP), organizing impactful sessions such as deep dive on artificial intelligence. He also actively engaged with student participants through speaking roles and mentoring. Flowers has also championed opportunities for BLP alumni within Chevron and, alongside his colleagues, contributed to community-building initiatives such as the annual ScholaRun.

Drawing from global assignments with Chevron across its mainstream energy businesses, past experience as Board Chair of a U.S. energy company, and current nonprofit board work in the Philippines, Flowers offers both international perspective and local engagement. His focus on people development, industry expertise, and cross-sector collaboration positions him to contribute meaningfully to the Chamber’s mission and to its members.

With over 20 years of experience within the Coca-Cola system both locally and internationally, Tony is set to deliver on the Company’s ‘emerging stronger’ global strategy. His main focus is to further cement Coca-Cola Philippines’ strong foothold, not only in the country, but across ASEAN as well – driving further growth through consumer centric brands and continuously making a positive difference in the local communities. As president, Tony works on the strategic business objectives in partnership with the Bottling Investment Group (BIG) leads for these markets.

Tony started his career in the Philippines as Coca-Cola region manager for North and South Luzon. After almost two years in the role, he was appointed national operations director. A year later, he took on his first international post in Indonesia to become sales & marketing director of Ades Waters in a joint venture between Coca-Cola and Nestle. He was seconded to the bottler, Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia, as commercial director and was based out of Jakarta for seven years.

With a track record over 23 years of sales and business management in specialty chemicals, consumer, and infrastructure industries, Errol Ignacio counts more than 12 of those years in account management, distribution management, business development and key customer management. In addition, he has a deep appreciation for cross business collaboration and value chain engagements as key for sustainable and innovative growth.

In this expanded role, Errol Ignacio will lead the company’s growth and be responsible for its brand reputation. He will also be accountable for customer and employee experience and will continue to drive an inclusive workplace.

Errol Ignacio started in Dow as the Account Manager for Philippines and Vietnam of the heritage Water and Process Solutions business growing its sale by 20% per annum in his 1^st five years. He was also Business Development Leader of the Philippines leading cross business collaboration and value chain partners engagements. He was also instrumental in crafting the Dow Philippines country and geo-expansion strategies. He then became Customer Manager of Dow Coatings and Construction Chemical business for Philippines and then took on additional role as the Dow Coatings sales leader for Thailand and Vietnam and is responsible for driving the business, key innovation and growth programs.

He started his career as a laboratory analyst and then handled various roles as technical sales representative, product manager, and business manager between 2000 and 2011 for BASF Philippines. Errol Ignacio has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Sto. Tomas.

Aileen is responsible for the growth and leadership of IBM Philippines’ operations, which includes sales, distribution, and global delivery services. Aileen will build on the strong collaboration with clients, partners, government, and communities to advance digital transformation and inclusive progress using AI, Cloud, industry capabilities, and other emerging technologies.

She is the first homegrown Filipina leader of IBM Philippines with a remarkable 26-year track record of pioneering innovations and driving business results in IBM. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the Ateneo de Manila University.

Caloy Mendoza has been with JP Morgan for 12 years. He has been former Country Chief Roberto “Bobbit” Panilio’s deputy since February 2018 as part of the bank’s succession planning.

As deputy SCO, he oversees management of the bank’s overall franchise in the country across all lines of business.

Before joining JP Morgan, Mendoza had worked at GE Capital for eight years with the rank of vice president. He was a senior associate at PCI Capital.

Mendoza graduated from the Ateneo de Manila University in 1991 with a degree in management engineering and obtained his MBA (finance and international business) from NYU Stern School of Business in 2000

Peter is an Independent Director at Aboitiz Equity Ventures, where he chairs the Technology, AI, and Cybersecurity Committee. He serves as a Trustee of the Makati Business Club chairing the Philippine-US Business Council, and is a Trustee of the American Chamber of Commerce, co-chairing the ICT Committee. Additionally, he is a member of the Private Sector Advisory Council (Digital Pillar), providing counsel to President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. on national digital initiatives.

Previously, Peter was the CEO of Microsoft Philippines, where he led the company’s efforts in cloud, AI, and cybersecurity transformation. He spent a significant portion of his career with the Ayala Group, notably as Senior Vice President of Globe Telecom’s enterprise business. He also served as President of Globe Telecom International Business Holdings, managing international points of presence, submarine cables, and data centers.

His earlier executive experience includes serving as Deputy CEO of LiveIt Investments, Ltd., Ayala Corporation’s holding company for the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) sector. Across these roles, his work centered on scaling digital infrastructure and managing complex ICT operations within the Philippines and across international markets. Peter earned his undergraduate degree in Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.

Frank Thiel currently serves as Managing Director of Quezon Power (Philippines), Limited Co. (QPL) with the primary responsibility of maintaining the profitability of the company’s 460MW coal-fired power project in Mauban, Quezon.

He is also the General Manager for the San Buenaventura Power Ltd. Co. (SBPL), a new 500MW supercritical coal-fired plant located also in Mauban, Quezon. He also manages contracts, financial, commercial, and regulatory activities related to the power project.

Aileen Sarah T. Lerma, a partner, is working with the Securities department. Her practice focuses on securities and corporate law (including mergers and acquisitions, and data privacy matters).

Aileen has extensive experience in handling various capital market transactions, among which are local and international offerings of debt and equity securities, asset-based securities, certificates of deposit, securitizations, and initial and follow-on public offerings. She represents both domestic and foreign clients regarding transactions, regulations, and investments before various government agencies, including the Securities and Exchange Commission, Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, Department of Finance, Board of Investments, and Philippine Economic Zone Authority.

Mr. Philip G. Soliven is currently the Lead Independent Director of Metrobank, the second largest private commercial bank in the country. He is also an Independent Director of Century Pacific Food Inc, one of the largest publicly listed branded food companies in the Philippines. His other corporate directorships include the Vice Chairmanship at Multico Prime Power Inc., the local operating subsidiary of a Singapore based industrial equipment supplier, and the Vice Chairman role at New Canipo San Vicente Corp., a Palawan based property developer. In addition to his corporate affiliations, he holds directorships in non-profit institutions. He is the Treasurer and Director-Ex Officio of The American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines, a Director of ARK New York, and a Trustee of the Rotary Club of Makati Foundation Inc.
